"Kitchen had no toaster. Kitchen sink was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty, still had water in it from??? We had to wash it thoroughly before using. Overall the house had a strange smell to it, do t know if it was from cleaning products or what. Bathroom sink was dirty, soap dispenser was dirty and the shower was discussing! Sheets in one bedroom had something g white on them in two places. Would not stay here again; needs a good cleaning."

"Really comfortable and could have stayed longer but then I might risk falling in love with the place. Love the brick wall interior, tastefully decorated with color and a modern but warm feel. Try the crab cakes at the steak place just a few doors down. "

"The property location is excellent. Close to campus and things to do downtown. One draw back is that because it is close to campus weekends can get loud. Parking is in the back of the house. The entrance for the apartment is in the front of the house. Which meant we had walk through the side yard (in the grass) that made it difficult for rolling luggage. "A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay."
