"Absolutely 5 stars in every way. We stayed at M Hotel Da Nang for 2.5 weeks and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Since we were staying for quite a long time, we were hoping for a peaceful and relaxing stay, so we asked in advance if it would be possible to get a room on a higher floor. "We had RATS in 2 of the 3 bedroom pool villas. They were in the bathrooms of the upstairs bedrooms. These were discovered when the bars of soap were left on the floor 1/2 eaten or totally missing. After the 1st discovery we asked to be moved and got offered another Villa next to a construction site. The Villa was sub standard with cracked tiles in every room and dirty floors so we got moved again but that villa also had rats in a bedroom too. "This is one of the best stays of my life. The local red shanked languars are adorable and made the visit even better. The property is gorgeous and you never need to leave. The check in process is very drawn out and could be improved and the pool hours for food and drink service started really late so the only breakfast options are big sit down breakfasts vs something simpler. Dinner and lunch options are incredible though."

"Everything was excellent ! Food was good and no tummy problem, room was nice and super clean. The beach was beautiful with long stretch white sand , can’t find a single rock, and the water was calm like swimming in a pool.
