"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was 5 stars. I would stay again. But please note the check out time is 12:00 and don't be late. We got back to our room at 12:30 and the staff had already placed all of our items in the hallway. We were mostly packed up already. We had to pick up our clothes in Hoi An, after they told us they would be delivered to the room. This made us late getting back to the room. I feel like the staff could have texted me via...

"The room smells fresh and its spotless. The towels smells good. The breakfast is delicious. Staffs are very helpful and nice"

"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"

"The only negative I can truly say about the hotel is the location, we had to Grab food or taxi as it’s away from the beaches and restaurants. I do also think they need more lounge chairs at the pool. Staff was wonderful, facilities clean and well maintained.
