"This hotel is located close to the airport, which was reason we chose it. The man checking us in was on the phone during the entire process. It was clean enough and quiet, but I was uneasy when I saw the dead bolt had been busted off our room door and it had not been repaired. The hallway lights were bright and on all night-probably for a good reason. The hallway was only accessible with a room card which made me feel a little better."

"This is a Really Nice Place!! I loved the great smell of coffee coming up the stairs in the morning!!I My husband enjoyed relaxing in Jave Cafe' Great place, even if it rains!! If you arrive after the coffee shop down stairs is closed, and are trying to locate the key box, know it is by the Coffe Shop Front Door. To the left of door, high up, looking like an electric box. "I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else."
