"The only reason we booked was for a quick over night and they had a pool and water slides but were closed had we known that we would have booked somewhere else. Staff had told us many different reason but all in all the hotel is very run down. "

So much dust on tables, chairs & furniture getting run down. Needed a place to stay for one night however, next time I would rather pay a little more for cleaner & better amenities. Thankfully, bedding, bathroom & towels appeared clean. Staff was nice."

"Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...

"The room was clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel has been recently updated, but more of a quick, but not well-done or thorough update. Some details like carpet edging was lacking. The in-shower shampoo and conditioner were both empty."
