Walls are paper thin and was loud in the room during the night hours. Located right off the highway so you had to listen to it all night as the room didn’t have AC. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. I found this one online and paid for it through the app. The pricing was good and the reviews seem good. From the outside of the building, it looked nice, but went downhill after that. When we came inside, there was no front desk person to be found. We rang the bell a few times and finally after about five minutes, someone came out when we got up to our room. The floors...

Worst of all incredibly noisy foot traffic above our room. Started at 4 am and went steady until 8 am. Brutal. Absolutely awful. Recommend to stay anywhere else. "

"First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done."

Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...

"The water park has been shut down for quite some time which is very disappointing. The best part of the property it is connected to the mall."
