"Checked in to a prepaid room - to find out we had booked a pet room in error. When we told them we wanted to switch to a non-pet room due to pet allergies, we were told they would switch us for a $25 fee because "the pet rooms are discounted by $25 on the website and then they collect a $25 pet fee". So we didn't pay enough for a non-pet room. The entire hotel was virtually empty -not a single other person staying there. But they wouldn't move us without a charge.... ridiculous. The room was...

"Pros: Room was clean, and a lot of space for the room. Con: The lady who checked me in didn’t fully check me in but gave my room key to me. Had to go down to front desk & check in the next morning and signed what I needed too. Got home & found out they charged my card twice due to THEIR mistake and have to wait and see if the manager can get my money back. "

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "

"The staff at night we terrible and were told the the wrong info about the pool hours and breakfast hours and just rude with a snarky attitude, the lady at the front desk the next morning was very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay nice."

"Stayed 3 nights,......ENOUGH! Furnishings and the room extremely tired. In dire need of update. Bathroom light had about 30 candlepower,....tough to shave. Broken shower handle made temp. control an adventure! No maid service second night, no refill of in-room coffee service. Staff was nice enough, not their fault working in a totally run down facility. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're caught in a bad snowstorm!!!"

"Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends...
