It is way larger than I expected being that it appeared to just be an over the garage unit. It is way more than that in my opinion. "The property is exactly as advertised. Not fancy but met our needs perfectly. TV, heat/air and very clean. No bathroom so bring a flashlight for a short safe walk to a bath house that is lockable and private. A little challenging getting there at night but it worked out very well "
