"Location 10/10, nothing to complain whatsoever about that, in this economy with this much amenities in the room this was great. Cleanliness 8/10. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. I had to go get my own towels, sheets and pillows from tj maxx before being able to sleep. But that also...

"When booking, we didn't know this was an apartment or that there were specific cleaning requirements. I expected a vacation, not a chore list. It took an hour to check-in because the concierge who had our apartment key was "on break" and calling around didn't help. We sat in the lobby like a family of vagrants with our luggage.
