"Our family of six had an incredible stay at Brookledge Treehouse Lodge. The property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed the ice bucket pond, which was a hit with the kids for both swimming and canoeing. The hikes around the area were beautiful, and we had a blast with the various yard games provided. "Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out."

"The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable. The beds were firm the way we like them. Everything was in great condition and very clean. (Just a note, the water is well water so it was a bit brown when we first turned on a faucet. After letting it run for like 5 minutes, it cleared up...

"My son and I loved this property for our week-long fishing vacation. Such a quaint/ peaceful/ clean/ well equipped space. Hosts Kim and Henry couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating during our stay. "perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub."

"We had a wonderful stay over the weekend our daughter graduated from Skidmore College. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga Springs. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, the place was well stocked with basics and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!"

"Spectacular stay, super easy and flexible all from booking to check out. Host was helpful and very kind. Property was gorgeous, very comfortable, updated, luxurious and spacious, and very well stocked - real quality items (such as wine glasses) and useful items in the pantry, as opposed to the usual cheap stuff bought just for many rental properties. Community was great with excellent amenities and right on the water - beautiful setting. Thank you!"

"Keith was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was great, with more than enough room. The only issue for our family was the dog. South Shore Road is very busy in that area, and we could not let the dog out without its lead even for a second. Other than that, I would give my stay and the house a 5 star!"

"Our family had an amazing long weekend at the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location to reconnect and relax. This house is the perfect place for a get away; its layout and all of the little extras made it easy to unwind and enjoy the lake. "Overall a great house in terms of location especially if visiting for a race at track. Didn't get to use outdoor space due to rain. Inside is not a ton of space for "hanging out" as a group but we spent very little time in the house. Host was very responsive when needed. "
