"This is a wonderful place to stay. We went to a concert at SPAC and were able to walk there and back-so easy! The hotel provided a shuttle to anywhere you wanted to go, downtown or the track. "Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion"
