"The front desk assistant was great. Once I got to my room, 4 of my 5 glasses were filthy with fingerprints and food/drink particles. These were very noticeable. Not sure how they were put back on the shelf to be used and not checked by housekeeping between customers. There was no hairdryer. Then the floor that had been mopped in the kitchen area was sticky and slippery. "The hotel had a musty, mildewy odor. However, everything looked clean. The reason for my poor review was due to their HORRIBLE customer service! I checked in then left to meet some people. When I came back the power was out. The temp outside was in the 90s. There were no lights in the hallway (safety concern) and the elevator wasn't usable. Since there was no power, navigated my room using my phone's flashlight which was quickly losing power and no way to recharge it. I asked the man at the desk...

"There were mouse droppings all over, the porch light was broken, the AC broke. We left before we could even spend the night. The office was closed when we checked in, and closed for holiday on Friday. I’ve gotten no return call or email."
