"Out of 6 elevators only 2 worked. One to take guests to the Mezzanine and one to take guests to their rooms. The molding around my shower wall was coming apart from the wall. The hall lights did not work and there wasn't even a glass in the room. The housekeeping staff was friendly and the view was lovely. The photos of the property are misleading. I would not stay at this property again!"

"It was the perfect stay for our visit to the city. Everything was sparkling clean. It was close to the 9/11 memorial, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, and the subway to travel around the city. Parking was convenient."
