"This place was so clean!"

"Place is simple and cheap, could use some upkeep on building, door sticks and the water spigot for the sink drips and being held with duct tape. No bathroom just a portapotty to use. And watch out for the mice. It's a beautiful location on the west fork of the kickapoo River with access to the River."

"Barb is super communicative. The only “complaint” we have was of our own making. We wish we would have reached out sooner to ask about the AC not working, because one we did, she has a guy out there to fix it with an hour! Can’t say enough good things about this place."

"Great Space for price..The stairs need a railing. The futon couch was not comfortable, and smelled bad..It's is very cozy and it had Netflix . The bathroom was sparkling clean but the shower needs something on the floor so people don't slip."

"Had everything we needed."

"So they were shampooing the carpets, so trying to keep it clean. We had a room of guys next to us that were very loud. Getting louder as the evening went on. We decided to leave because they were so loud and trying to open the adjoining door. As I picked up my purse to leave a cockroach went scrambling. We did the 3 hour ride home at 10:30 pm instead of the morning."

"The property is very well maintained, house was very cozy and relaxing. The host was great to communicate with."

"We had a lovely stay by the river. There is plenty of room to spread out, a giant couch in the basement to watch movies, and a room upstairs to watch as well. Saw a bald eagle from the deck, and all the stars!"

"A very nice cabin in a beautiful setting. It’s in a fairly remote location, but was conveniently located near the Driftless Music Gardens, which we were visiting. Everything worked well, including the WiFi. We never even turned on the TV, so I can’t comment on the reception. Download your online Google map of the area ahead of time, because cell service is spotty out in the country."

"Spacious comfortable and charming cabin set in a spectacular setting. Kickapoo Valley is an exceptionally beautiful landscape, and the cabin is perfectly situated to enjoy all of its charms. Bar/restaurant conveniently down the street, kayaking and hiking a short drive away, and exploring local Amish shops and nearby Viroqua."

"A great spot for a getaway weekend. 20 minutes to viroqua"

"Amazing week stay with my wife. First time she was here and very amazed by the location and site."

"Very nice property clean secluded and well equipped."
