"Best part? Free admission to the park when you stay at the hotel. Not the best hotel- beds were not super comfortable and there were no staff around!!! You get what you pay for and it worked good enough for us but we would probably not stay there again. They have a lot of buildings and we should have tried to get something closer to the theme/water park! Everything in the dells is super expensive, including mediocre food and watered down beverages at the theme/water park!"

"I loved the aesthetic of the resort. The theme was very cute. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I would say there are a few things they could use improvements on. Microwaves in the room would be a basic need for most families, and if they aren’t offering in room microwaves, there should at least be one on the property for guests. This was a huge unplanned inconvenience. Also, not being able to bring towels from the pool to the rooms caused the children to be freezing on the way up. Lastly,...

"The property is absolutely stunning!! I was so impressed! Very clean, I’ve stayed at many of the resorts in the Dells in the past, and moving forward, I would always choose to stay here. I’ve stayed at resorts nationwide and worldwide, and Taylor at the front desk is truly the sweetest person to ever check my family and me in. She made such a great first impression and made us feel so at home during our stay, which really added to that familiar, friendly Midwest Wisconsin feel."

"I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again."

"Pretty clean and helpful staff. Only issue was that there was no body wash in the bath tub, there was only one near the sink, Did not call them because I was only staying for a night. Staff was good. "

"Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!"

"1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get."

"We were not informed "NO WEEKEND ROOM CLEANING" Very upsetting! Called, to front desk. We had to go down & puck up sheets, towels etc. For the person nights cost this was EXTREMELY UNCALLED FOR! Your staff can't walk/elevator to accommodate us? Very upsetting. Our stay for 2 nights was $1207..this type of NO SERVICE! LAZY! "Low flow of water"

"As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...
