  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful new amish cabin, built in 2023. Located one block from the Wisc. River, with a park across the street. Within walking distance of convenience stores, local winery 3 miles away. Within 1/2 Hr. of the House on the Rock, and APT. Walking trails and local swimming pool within walking distance. Besides the loft and main floor we have a kid friendly game room in the basement.
    Other things to note
    I do not charge extra for cleaning or for the maximum 8 guests.

Loved our stay in this house. Kitchen was well equipped, front porch and table were lovely. Very clean and communication with Barbara was excellent. Directly across from playground. Great neighborhood to walk in. Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice place to stay. We just spent 2 nights but would rent this place again for a longer stay. Beautiful part of the state

Barb is super communicative. The only “complaint” we have was of our own making. We wish we would have reached out sooner to ask about the AC not working, because one we did, she has a guy out there to fix it with an hour! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Beautiful Little Cottage

Perfect for our girls get away! The front porch is lovely and inviting. Everything was just as advertised and check in went very smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Very nice place to stay. Everything was just as described. Owner was great to deal with and went out her way to make sure we were taken care of. Great experience.

Deer hunting weekend

Weekend away for the first weekend of gun deer season. Great space, everything was new & clean, lots of room and beds were super comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in summer to enjoy the fire pit!

Girls get away

We looked for a spot close to House on the Rock. Alot to do in area. House was absolutely beautiful!!! A lovely pirch we spent alot of time on. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Clean family friendly cabin!

We had such a great stay! The cabin was clean and cozy. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. The game room was perfect for them to get wild and have fun. House on the Rock was a short drive from the house. We had everything that we needed for our stay provided to us. We'll definitely be back!

Nice cabin and locattion

Stayed at this location with my wife and adult daughter. From here we visited Taliesin one day and House on the Rock another. About 30 minutes to each. House is new and very cute. There is plenty of outside seating on a large front porch during warm weather. Would stay again.
