"Upon arrival, I asked if I could check in early after traveling. The attendant was not friendly and told me no unless I paid a fee. I asked if the room was ready and was told it was not clean, so I left and went to have lunch. She could have been kinder. First impressions are impactful. I was not given the WiFi password at check in and my toilet did not flush well. It was ok for one night."

"When i booked the room it gave me the option to pay at time of check in. I had reserved two rooms. When I get to the hotel around 10 pm, staff told me that they had gave one of the room to someone else. Staff claimed someone called me, but I never received a call and could not tell me what number they called me from. On my second day of the stay they gave me the second room. Hotel location was close to where we needed to be, but room were very old not well maintained."

"Entire hotel was under construction and guests weren’t made aware before booking. Rooms on the first floor were available but there was construction in pool area, breakfast area and laundry room. There was even construction paper covering the outside of my window so I didn’t have a view."
