"We were not notified until we were checking in that there was someone living in the basement. It should have been disclosed in the description of the place so we would have known this before we booked. The person living in the basement was the property manager and came in at 1:30 am and was making so much noise it woke us up and we thought someone had broken into our living space. This noise went on for over 30 minutes. Also the Main bathroom shower ceiling was moldy and had been covered with...
