"We had to wait approximately 45 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in desk. No one was there. A security person from Berea College happened to be there (also looking for this 'missing' person) and did his best to try to find someone for us. It was already quite late and having to wait until almost 1:00 AM and be out early the next morning was rather inconvenient. Once the guy finally showed up, he didn't even bother apologizing. "The room was dirty in the corners. Like lamps weren’t moved and swept for many many weeks. Beds were clean, bathroom was clean. Staff was phenomenal. We had a bit of an issue with the toilet and the staff was immediately there and fixed it within minutes. Other than a little dust in the corner it was all in all a good stay."
