"Recommend Highly! I always stay there when coming to Richmond Ky"

"The room was old but it was clean. Our room had two beds thankfully because one the sheets were wore out and had little bumps all over it so we switched to the other one. The tv had a great number of channels to watch. Breakfast wasn’t very good and not many choices. The property is not well maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying there."

"Very friendly and helpful staff!"

"The staff made us very comfortable. We stayed approximately 3 weeks and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thank you for all you've done. I appreciate you. 👍"

"Older facility. Clean room with excellent bedding! Quiet area with ample in and out parking."

"Where should I start? The hotel was basically empty but they would not let me check in until exactly 3 PM. The hallways smelled like smoke and just very dirty. The rooms were very filthy. I had on a brand new pair of socks that were black underneath after just walking back-and-forth to the bathroom. I wonder if the floor had ever been properly mopped? They advertise that they have breakfast. However, when I went down to eat, I made a cup of cold coffee; there was cereal with no milk, waffle mix...

"The check in staff was so helpful! I am so sorry I forget her name"

"This hotel was the absolute worst. I could’ve possibly imagined. I am so glad that Expedia stepped in and moved me to a different hotel!"
