"It was great"

"We stayed in the Villas which were more affordable but still offered all the amenities of the Sheraton complex. The room was a studio with great small kitchen and laundry facilities. We enjoyed the balcony which looked out on beautiful garden area. Only drawback in this size unit was no table to eat at so would recommend larger room. Short walk to pool, beach, restaurants. All were beautiful with great food. We loved the luau on grounds! Friendly, helpful staff. Would love to go back!"

"Spent one night at the Kauai property. Only glitch was at checkin only; one clerk to do it. Got behind a lady that had an issue with an upgrade? Maybe more personel needed. Quite irritating to say the least. 20 minutes of bliss!!"

"The only thing was that the 'beach' nearest the resort is not swimmable (mostly rocks)-however we, walked further up and there was actually sand, but the beach looked unsafe with a visible drop off in ocean--but it was ok for a nice stroll--just not too far from hotel. Make sure you let hotel staff know at check-in if you want your room cleaned (which we prefer..)--especially if you have beach activities what with all the sand, showering and change of clothes. Otherwise, they have everything...

Seems like they had time to fix it… We were told there was no pack n play for the toddler that was traveling with us and was sent a link to rent it??? That is one thing that absolutely should be provided by the property. So we stopped on the way from the airport to purchase one which was cheaper than renting...
