"There was junkies And crackheads running around if I did pay upfront I would not had stayed there I had got there late with my children. I was crime out of town and did not know. The security lock was broken on the door I had to move the refrigerator to secure the door. There were socks in the corner and stains on the sheets it was terrible. I will never ever ever stay there again people walked ABD cussed all night."

"I love staying at the Embassy because the separate living area always makes me feel like I’m in a small apartment and not a hotel. The spacious bathroom was a plus and the staff was very helpful in accommodating anything I needed like extra linen for the pullout couch and complimentary toothbrushes when I forgot to pack mine. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool for hoursss! And the omelette at breakfast was top tier! I can’t wait to book my next stay!"

"I was in Greensboro for the North Carolina Republican Convention. As always, room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and food was great! There is a lot of walking at such an event, which is good, but I did rub blisters on both my heels because I was wearing new shoes. One of your kind registration staff gave me two band aids and did so with a smile. Thanks!"

"Helpful professional and friendly staff. Small hotel but it has a late night bar Comfortable seating area in lobby. Great healthy made to order breakfast for small price. Visually fun denim related artwork. Denim bathrobes provided in rooms. Great selection of restaurants close to hotel."

"The breakfast was limited, no ice machine worked in the entire hotel, when I checked in I thought the third floor was being fumigated due to the way the cleaning staff had things thrown throughout the hallway. The front desk was absolutely only about looking at their phones rather than tending to their customers. Will not be staying here again."

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "We booked a double queen room 2-3 weeks in advance for 4 people. When we got to the hotel the person checked us in. We walked to the 4th floor to our room and we had a king bed. We were never told this at check in. Obviously 4 grown adults can't sleep in a king size bed only. There was no pull out couch or anything. So, when we went back downstairs to discuss this with the same lady she told us that unfortunately that was the only room available. They didn't have anymore double beds. This should...

"The stay was amazing however after check out I had 3 pending charges for the cost of the room. I prepaid the room using my debit card and paid the incidentals on my credit card. After check out, my debit card was ran 3 times for the amount of the room. AGM was great in assisting an issue that she did not create however I'm unsure why it occurred therefore I'm very skeptical about staying at this location again."

"They switched to a TV cable network hard for old people to get their channels. Phone in room did not work unable to call the desk. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone s howed up at the desk."
