"Amazing overnight for (part of) my sisters bachelorette. The staff was so thoughtful and communicative about when the room was ready, spa appointments, and dining. We reserved a cabana for the day (the deposit can be used for food/drink on the aqua terrace), which is a must for a group. Everyone raved about their massages! The steam room and sauna were great, and the relaxation room was incredible."

"Front desk put us in a room next to the storage closet, and there were staff in the storage closet all night watching TV or listening to the radio at very high volume even though it was already past 10 pm when we checked in ... there was even a dog in there barking every 5 seconds. Horrible experience after we drove the entire day and hoped for a good rest"
