This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them....

"The room was rather dated with a broken lamp on arrival. The walls, bathroom, flooring, sofa was from 1970 or before. The sofa was so broken in, there was no cushion to sit on. I requested sheets and blanket for the fold out and got the thinnest blanket that was thinner than the sheet. Breakfast was not included and was 17 for adults 11 for children which is ridiculous. Room was clean but flooring was decades old. Staff was kind. 13.00 to park which was not listed on Expedia nor was...
