"Everything was amazing from the wonderful service given by the young lady at check in. Don't mind any negative reviews! This hotel is clean and the service is great! The was the best stop I could have made off the 10 while traveling with family. Price was the best and so was the service. My daughters and I were blessed to receive a family suite, we had so much space and slept so well! It was also very quite and peaceful! The only thing I didn't give 5 stars on hear nothing to do with the staff,...

"Every time I come down to Houston from my vacation home, I’ll stop at the Regency. It’s OK and the staff are awesome but just be careful with that little Indian lady in the front she is a handful. "The room was on excellent condition. The bed was beyond belief comfortable. For the price, there is no way to beat this Motel. Had a working TV, a nice couch and a very comfortable desk chair to go with the desk. I mean what more could you possibly want. The breakfast was a little on the short side but for the price I think they should just go with coffee"
