"The listing mentioned 3 bathrooms, but the house only has 2.5 bathrooms. Also, the bathroom latches were not working properly, some door knobs were damaged, and the upstairs rooms were not cleaned well. There was sand on the floors, and the trash bins were overflowing and smelled bad when we arrived."

"Great stay"

"At first impressions the home was in a good location, safe and clean. We walked in and at first sight I noticed the couch in the picture that appeared comfortable was not the actual hard couch that is there now. There were 3 of us. A couple and a single. Rooms are pretty much same size as are the bathrooms. Went straight to take a shower and that's when it started going downhill. There was a huge flying Roach in the bathroom. Ok. It happens. Went to dry off and the towels are super cheap...

"The cottage was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed. It was great being right on the beach. Perfectly situated to watch 4th of July fireworks from the porch and watch the rest of the group hanging out on the beach. The house has a spacious living and dining area for everyone to congregate. The beds were comfortable . It was also nice having 3 bathrooms. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do.The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We especially appreciated how well maintained the property was and how easy the check-in and check-out process was.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay,...

"It was a nice place to stay"

"Cleaning definitely needs to be ,addressed. But a decent place if available."

"Pleasing aesthetic. Appreciated the preservation of the wood floors, high ceilings and grand staircase. Views were onteresting but I wish I could have seen through the glass better. Water in the kitchen was hot, tepid in the shower. Big closet - there were some nails pounded in the door so the lack of hangers wasn't a deal breaker. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, kleenex, toilet roll hanger & bath soap. They provided one of those rodent bait traps on the pantry floor. Window unit A/Cs did...

"Positives: Overall the apartment was fine for the price with a great location close to The Strand. The apartment was clean and neat. Negatives: You must walk up a long, steep set of stairs to access the apartment. The door of the apartment was thin so light and hallway noise streamed through the bottom. Lastly, the sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sit in."

"Clean and good host support"

"The property was beautiful and perfect for our family! It was definitely a 3 minute walk to the beach which was fantastic. The property was furnished with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds. Absolutely fantastic place we had such an amazing time!"
