"On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. "

"The room could have used some attention re: cleaning. The smell of must was strong. The split system was very noisy and unpleasant to run if anyone wanted to have a conversation without yelling. The tv’s internet didn’t work and when I reported it was told they were trying to fix it, but when I checked in again they said it was a system issue… it never was resolved which put a damper on our rainy evenings ability to watch a Netflix movie. "The property was generally clean and had all the basics but only one frying pan. The couch was terribly uncomfortable and only seated 2 persons. The location was ideal for our requirements and the underground parking was great. "

"We were happy with our stay in a two-bedroom apartment for very good pricing at that time. Our kids loved the pool so much. It would have been even better if there had been oil, salt, and paper towels in the kitchen. The young girl at the reception desk simply read from a memorized instruction manual, she wasn't helpful or friendly. Also, two lights just outside our room flickered on and off all night during our stay. It was creepy. "
