"O hotel é muito bom para ir em família. Fica de frente para a praia, com uma piscina incrível (piscina infantil coberta, o que é ótimo) e quartos limpos, organizados e agradáveis. O café da manhã também é ótimo, bastante variedade e muito saborosos. E por fim, o staff todo do hotel é super solicito e gentil. Com certeza recomendaremos a amigos que vierem à Costa Rica :) "

"The room was very clean with a beautiful view (36 Carlota). The beach access is second to none. It is meant to replicate some sort of italian town near the sea. In some ways it does do that. The service at the restaurants was spotty at times and the food is uninspiring. Better food can be found in town. The December 24-25 dates may have been part of the problem. "We stayed at this hotel from Dec 24-31, 2025. We liked that there is a large gate and security cameras in front of the property. The hotel is located just steps from many restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was clean and airconditioned and we had a safe for our valuables. Breakfast was included and every morning a different one was offered. My favorite was when Ms. Laura was making it. There is a nice pool area if you wish stay on property. We will definitely return next year. "

I felt like I was in the jungle, removed from the tourists of town, yet we were very close (walking distance) to shops/grocery/restaurants and the beach.
