"Spectacular view, well equipped kitchen (we cooked every night except 2 of our 8 nights), beautiful sunsets and responsive/accommodating host who coordinated our activities and driver. We rented a car in Liberia to get to the house and drive in the immediate Playa Flamingo area, but a driver was such a great choice for our excursions due to the places we toured and cell service is intermittent, at best, for gps. Johnny was our driver and guide for 4 days - he was great and we learned so much...

"We had wonderful week!!! Everything was easy from questions during booking and pre-trip to check in and out. Jairo, the concierge for the home, took great care of our four families. Johanna and Wendy cooked us delicious breakfast daily and were so cute with the baby of our group. Perfect location 10 mins walk to everything, beautiful views, lots of options for food just down the hill. Would absolutely recommend! Everything was clean and comfortable. "

"Fabulous layout of the space, well furnished and decorated. 2-minute walk to the beach. Having a pool was a very nice amenity as well. We loved it! We did have a minor issue with the TV and dishwasher, but we contacted Gustavo and he came over right away and took care of it for us. Thank you for the great experience!"

"We celebrated my wifes 70th birthday here with friends and family, 15 in all. The positives: The house is lovely.. Beds were comfortable. The wildlife around the house was spectacular. The howler monkees would traipse through the trees in view of the pool area. The iguana ? and birds were also fascinating. The swimming pool was great, although overchlorinated to the point of bleaching hats etc. The golf carts were great to have. The negative: Communication with the owners/managers was horrible....

"This property was fantastic and we absolutely loved our stay here! It was only a 10 minute walk or so to the beach which was stunning. It was homey, clean, secure, filled with wildlife, and let me just say I think I may have taken the best naps of my life on those hammocks. Ben was a fantastic host and even provided private surfing lessons for our kiddos which they absolutely adored. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! "

"This is a great location to stay out of the craziness of Tamarindo. Beware aware that it is not a great swimming beach but we had an awesome stay here. Great for the whole family with amazing views."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay at Casa Paquita but cannot give it 5 stars since it is in need of much needed maintenance. It is unfortunate since the layout is outstanding, amazing view of ocean from pool and house, great pool, and perfect for large group. However, there were lots of ants in the house since there were major openings around doors and windows that were not sealed properly. This could be the norm in Costa Rica since it was our first time there, but we did not have these issues in...
