"This is a huge resort property, wish we stayed here at the beginning of our trip because the views of the volcano are way better and closer than some of the volcano trail parks and coffee shops we visited. Hot springs were wonderful and we actually saw more animals including a sloth in this resort than walking in any of the surrounding parks. Stay in a superior room with volcano view. You won’t regret it."

Es ist nicht mehr die modernste Unterkunft und im Pool fehlten teilweise Fliesen aber unterm Strich ein tolles Angebot. Nur wer absolute Ruhe will is hier falsch, da tagsüber umfassbar viele Zikaden an den Bäumen kleben und sehr laut sind."

Der Zustand der Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber sie waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool mit Bar war sehr schön und das Wasser war angenehm warm Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und das Angebot wechselte zum Teil täglich."

Everyone is extremely nice and I am so happy I choosed this place to stay in! My only “complaint” would be May be the high prices in the restaurant for dinner. But you have sodas nerby! "We stayed here for a few nights and the only complaint is that we did not stay longer. Which is totally on us. The staff here was exceptional and we met the owner who is a local man just getting this property moving the start of this year, which is why there are so few reviews. So glad we got in early, and wish it was our little secret, but the owner and staff were so great, we want them to succeed! This is a great property. Super nice, but approachable. "The landscaping and privacy were great. The location of the hotel to the town was great. Rooms were very good would recommend luggage racks and smaller sink with more counter. Breakfast and the staff were wonderful. Would stay here again. "

"Very clean and quiet resort. It was huge with so many amenities. Our room looked exactly like the pictures. Only thing to note is the property is about a 15 minute walk from the main town with restaurants so be prepared for that if you did not rent a car. "
