"Lovely room, spotless, beds & pillows a little hard. Crisp linen and fresh towels and gorgeous shower gels and soaps etc supplied. Little disappointed nothing on the tv other than paid for movies, couldnt even listen to radio or watch freeview when chiling out for a while. Room was lovely and quiet and nice blackout curtains too. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I particularly like that the bath was quitte low and i could have shower without worrying about climbing in and out. The shower was powerful."

"Room was decent, they had built a different type of shower to the ones in sutton ibis hotel lower quality in my opinion but worked fine. One bedside lamp was broken and they tried to fine me for it but was broken before we arrived so be sure to report any faults while you are there. Staff were polite and breakfast was standard, enjoyed it but could have nicer sausages. Would stay again "

"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."

"Their system said I had not paid for breakfast, I had. The room was not cleaned without my insistence, apparently they were too busy! Spent 90 mins in foyer while it was done. Room keys did not work very well. Changed but still not working properly. Woken just before midnight on final night, banging on door, He refused to say who it was, Said I had to prove who I was as no one should be in the room. No apology given. A man banging on my door just before midnight telling me to identify myself to...
