"Absolutely amazing and beautiful. They are having construction next door but besides that this place is amazing. We stayed for one night in the suite with a pool and let me tell you I wish I would’ve stayed here longer. Staff were so sweet and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant, they went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner extra special. We also ate at their reef beach club and the food and drinks were delicious. "Anvaya is an excellent choice for staying in the heart of downtown Kuta. The back of the hotel is on the beach, front of the hotel is on the downtown sidewalk. There are 3 malls within walking distance. There is a grocery store located in Lippo mall, just two blocks of the hotel. The downtown area lights up with music at various bars and eateries. "We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. "Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort with amazing staff who go out of their way to look after their guests. My room was luxurious and beautifully appointed with special touches like pillow scent (guest selects) added to pillows every day. During my stay I had dinner in Suku and Eight Degrees South. The quality of the food was excellent with good choice and reasonably priced compared to Ireland rates. The staff in both restaurants are wonderful - so friendly and attentive.
