The city of Desert Hot Springs is fairly strict with vacation rentals, so please read through these rules prior to booking.

Outdoor music must be kept quiet as to not disturb neighbors. Guests who violate this rule will be required to vacate the home without a refund, no exceptions. Please contact me with questions on this.

A maximum of 4 vehicles may be at the property

Occupancy is capped at 10 overnight guests, 12 during the day. No loud barking dogs, or visible trash on the curb

Policies: - Pool heat must be purchased if you would like to use it ($135-$175/day depending on the season). SoCal Gas recently nearly doubled the price of natural gas in the Coachella Valley area. The price I charge guests for pool heat is intended to cover the cost of heating the pool with the recent increases in natural gas prices. Thank you for understanding. It can take up to 3 days to heat the pool in the winter (guests are not responsible for paying for the days before they arrive to get the pool heated, only the days they are staying at the home), please keep this in mind if you are purchasing the day of check-in. If you'd only like the spa heated generally we can accommodate that for about $45/day
Please note the spa does not have jets
- Generally we require a 3 night minimum for pool heat as the bulk of the cost is to get the water up to a warm temperature. Feel free to send us a message with any questions!
- No smoking inside the home (if the home smells of smoke an additional cleaning fee will be applied including the cost to clean and lost revenue from vacancy periods to air the home out)
- Pet friendly with $50 per pet, per stay fee (maximum 2 allowed)
- Please pick up after your pet, guests who leave pet droppings will be subject to an additional $100 fee. Pet odor inside the house is subject to additional fees depending on the extent of additional cleaning required.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Local bookings (guests living in the area) are allowed only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact host PRIOR to booking via InstantBook
- Must be at least 27 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID will be required upon check-in
- Noice monitoring system is installed outside to help comply with city noise restrictions
- Security Cameras are used in the front of the home for safety
