"After being in Egypt for about a week and staying in pretty cheap accommodations on a budget trip, I can honestly say this hotel was the nicest and leaps and bounds over anywhere else I stayed. "Room was great & clean. However, when I messaged the hotel twice about an airport pickup, they did not reply through the Expedia app. Ended up taking Uber. Their shuttle to the airport leaves every half hour. This was super convenient since we checked in very late and checked out very early. "

"Top notch hotel with very accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful bar. We asked for a balcony and got one of the few. My husband was ill and they got a doctor within an hour and meds delivered within another 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if want to be in Heliopolis and close to airport. It is much less frantic than Cairo."
