"A great apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Plenty of space for six people and fantastic facilities. A spacious kitchen with everything you could wish for in a vacation apartment. Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and enough space for suitcases and all your belongings. Two bathrooms that are beautifully furnished and leave nothing to be desired. "We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit "

"Check in issue with parking passes. Office did not have them as there was an issue with the owners and spent 30 minutes in the office. . Used temporary passes all weekend which was fine. Emailed with request for early check in and inquire about coffee - keurig or drip. Owner never responded. Coffee maker in the property but pot did not fit the maker- making it impossible to brew. Had to go to Walmart and buy one. These were really minor issues but still an inconvenience. The property overall is...

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"Took the kids to American Dream for Spring Break!! Location was very close and easy to find . Host was very responsive. Felt good to leave the noisy city when headed in for the night . "

"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. We stood in the cold for twenty minutes waiting and calling for instructions to enter the property. When we finally received a stop calling me what do you want text message. "I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RATE THIS PLACE BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT!!! There is an entire family living in this home!! I was scammed out of my money & VRBO did not accommodate me for their mess up on a 900 mile trip. Site is not to be trusted and they gave no strrrm put in place for situations like this except to keep spending money."
