Great, affordable place walking distance from beach

This place is a 10 minute walk to one beach and a 15 walk to another beach. It’s a quiet location. It is not a fancy place - it has the basics, is in a great location, and is very affordable. The owner communicated very well and was able to answer all our questions. He is very helpful.

Great location

We enjoyed this cozy place. Enjoyed so many close by restaurants and 10 minute walk to a beach. Quiet location. Place is older but had everything we needed and being pet friendly and price sold us.

Great value for the location

I would be hard to find another property so cheap this close to the beach on Cape Cod, but you get what you pay for. Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen appliances were old but working. Hot water pressure was low and shower knobs are on their last legs. But none of that was a deal breaker. We had a good time on the Cape. We were close to many Dennisport activities and the unit was adequate for my wife and I to unwind and sleep.

Tres sale

Les lieux étaient très sale a notre arrivé. Même lors de notre voyage en Afrique les chambres étaient plus propre. 1 h30 de nettoyage plus tard nous nous sommes installés dans le futon qui était plus confortable que le lit.

Convenient and functiomal

Close to beaches, clean but dated room. Lighting in room is poor. I would suggest higher wattage lightbulbs. Shower had good pressure and enough hot water. It was a quiet place handy to beaches and restaurants.

Stayed here to work the Cape Cod League and enjoyed staying here.....

This place was perfect for what I needed. Quiet, close to the beach. Variety of restaurants within a 10 minute drive and if you like to stay late, there's Hot Stove in Harwich that is open late.

Great Location, As-Advertised.

This place is perfect if you are looking for a great location on the cape at a budget price. As the reviews say, plan on doing a little cleaning when you get there, and you won’t have any trouble. If you are flying in, this would be more difficult unless you plan on buying your bedding and leaving it there. We drove, so this wasn’t an issue for us. Tom is great and does exactly what he says he will do. The property is no-frills, but you won’t find a location like this for this price anywhere else. The parking is convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay here. We’d stay again on the same type of trip, absolutely.

Great Location

This rental is in an ideal location. It is mid-Cape so the entire Cape is within a 45 min. car ride. The small beach is an 8 min. walk/1 min car ride. Fortunately for us, after Labor Day they were not collecting the usual $25 parking fee. This might be do to Covid though. LOL As others suggested, we brought a pot and a pan. Don't forget spices. There was not even salt and pepper. There is a coffee maker that uses Cone filters. We left a couple but those should be brought to. The full size bed is comfortable. As directed, bring sheet, towels and a dish towel. We were happy we brought our own pillows. Those provided are a little stained. The bathroom had great shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Still, we are average size people and the shower was a little cramped. All in all, this rental was a good value for us. Tom was a good communicator.

Dirty but good enough

I always take reviews with a grain of salt. But the reviews saying this place is never cleaned are totally right. We planned ahead and brought cleaner. Cleaned everything we could think of. Other than that it was a great little place. Definitely needs an update. everything seemed retro 70's. But it was a good place to crash if you are planning to spend minimal time there as we did. Great central location. And short walk to a few little beaches. If you aren't opposed to cleaning on vacation then this place may be for you

Over all once we cleaned it it was a nice stay.

The room was a mess when we got there, our first hour or so was spent vacuuming, mopping and scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom. Large burner on the stove was broken and could not be used. We made damn sure that the room was not left the way we found it.

Great spot

This was a great spot for a chill relaxing week by the beach. There are 2 beaches less than a mile away and another a little over a mile away. We walked to them mostly. The place was nice and accommodating to our needs. The one thing I would suggest is getting more kitchen cookware. As well as the toaster didn’t work. Overall 4/5

Great!

Just right for us as we spent most of our time at the beach and being out. Nice place to come back to and get some sleep. Quiet, AC, internet so I could get some work done. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

A Solid Deal

A good place for the price. Like other people said it wasn't super clean, but it wasn't filthy either. The bed was a bit short and the kitchen area was a little cluttered. The water pressure on the shower was amazing. It is exactly as advertised. A nice little room for a cheap getaway.

Dennis port vacation

The price and location were great. The room could use a good cleaning. Found a bag of someone else's dirty laundry under the bed and the bathroom was dirty (body hairs by the sink!). We still had a nice stay in Dennis port though.
