The property was exactly as pictured, plenty of space, loved the back screened in patio. I just wish there had been coffee mugs for those of us addicted to caffeine and need large cups of coffee. Also, could have been more short person friendly, had to use a chair to get full access to the microwave.

Nice property,easy access to the beach and close to Embry Riddle, too, which was our destination. Very clean, comfortable beds. I picked it for the recliners which were nice to use after a 14 hour drive. It was more spacious than expected and offered many amenities. It had everything we needed. May be nice to add tvs to the other bedrooms as another enhancement as only the master bedroom had one. The outside is quite peaceful and we got to see a manatee swimming by. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay here!!

We enjoyed the stay , really wish I would have read the email the owner sent me after renting the property. My kids were pretty upset about the pool being gone. That was a big deal to us but I blame myself also for not overlooking the emails that were sent to me after renting. Got busy with life assuming it was just thank you’s and other information not important at the time. Got to the door and was looking for the entry code read the email and had to tell my family the bad news after waiting on the perfect vacation we planned over a mouth ago. Just don’t really understand why the photos of the pool are still up .its a nice place over all for sure but plane to take ur boat out each night as the lift at there dock is broken too. These two items were critical for are boat and kids but we made the best of it and had a blast . Thanks for the privacy and having a clean home for us to stay at during are vacation.

Roomy House/Quiet Location

In planning our trip to Daytona for Jeep Beach, we needed a place for our family and dog that kept us close to everything, but also gave us quiet space needed for our college kids to finish their semester course work in the downtime from the activities. This house fit the bill for all of that. It was even roomier than we anticipated and had a great open layout in the kitchen and living room, but anyone could easily could easily find their own space when needed. The closets were massive for the house and the skylight in the bathroom brought in great natural light that kept me thinking that a light was left on!There is a large screened porch that is comfortable for nice outdoor air and the backyard was nicely laid out and welcoming, leading to the dock with chairs to sit and catch a breeze. The kids tried their hand at fishing, but had more fun than luck at that. We didnt have a chance to use the pool, but it certainly would be a great option to have when it's hot. There was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles and we didn't have any trouble leaving the Jeeps out without doors, etc. Christine was great in communicating and quickly answered any questions I had as they popped up. This was a great find and we really enjoyed our stay!
