"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"We needed a place to stop on our drive to South Florida with a kitchen. I was able to cook for myself, we slept well, it's a quiet area, but close to town so my family was able to eat at a good restaurant, The Gathering. The kids enjoyed the arcade, too."

"Perfect vacation getaway. Spring across the river was like a hideaway serenity. Host was very responsive at all time. Check in was smooth as can be. I wouldve like having a tv in the bedroom as i am a white noise sleeper but thats the only thing i would change. "

"We rented this place for our daughter’s 4th birthday because she wanted to camp, swim, kayak etc… our fave part was setting up the projector movie night and then she camped on the deck with dad. Away from the bugs and grass but still the experience of camping. Pac man was enjoyed by everyone. The hosts had excellent communication. House was great! Close to the river and springs, fire pit and more. Wish we could have stayed longer to hang around the hammocks and stuff but there’s so much to do we...

"First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. "

"Very clean, quiet, and great location. Host was very responsive and even though it's a small place, everything you might need was provided. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Property exactly as advertised. Well maintained and a beautiful park like setting. Property Manager top notch. Our dogs were in heaven. The one thing I would improve is the master shower - it's similar to a cruise ship shower and very tight. I would stay here again. Terrific owner."

"Property is amazing , but we rented a cabin that includes, stove and fridge and things needed to cook for a family ,we planned on cooking for sons birthday and a family of 6 when we got there they said they were overbooked and had to move us to a suit wich did not have things to cook so we had to go buy everything spending way more then excpected. "

"The love, care, and attention to detail in the home and on the property are unsurpassed. The property is impeccably maintained, clean as a whistle, properly stocked, and comes with more to explore and activity options than anyone could hope for. I sincerely hope I have the good fortune to get to stay there again. "

"It’s hard to write this review because the hosts were wonderful and the chickens and horses were fun. I knew that it was going to be cold, but I would not have booked the room knowing there was a space heater which can be a fire hazard. I also think it was very overpriced. We were in a pinch so had no real choice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. "

"We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with some nature time. We had a lovely stay. The owner was very upfront about damage from a hurricane so I knew I should expect it. There were downed trees and remnants of what looked to be a forest fire. The view on the dock was priceless! The two kids rooms were a bit warm."
