Escondido en un camino rural tranquilo, esta cabaña del río rápidamente reavivará su amor por la naturaleza y la tranquilidad. Recientemente renovado por completo con todas las comodidades del hogar, pero enclavado en una serenidad absoluta. Hay algo para todos aquí en la cabaña del río Margaritaville. Desde la aventura y la emoción que buscan adictos a la adrenalina a la abuela que lee un buen libro con una copa de vino justo antes del atardecer. Kayak, pesca, tubing, brasero, bbq, natación, tenis de mesa, jardinería, pasear, meditar, etc. etc. Royal Springs es un prístino manantial natural de Florida que se encuentra a solo un tiro de piedra río abajo. Stunning get away

First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in.

Quiet stay

The outside of the place is great for family and friends to hang out. I would suggest bringing a big float to tie off the dock to be able to enjoy yourself down at the dock. The current is very strong. Royal spring is very close by boat. They also have a nice pen for the dogs to stay in as well. The inside of the house was decently clean. It’s small though the inside. There isn’t a lot of room for you to gather and play games or eat as a group. The kitchen is missing lots of cooking items so bring your stuff from home. Overall it wasn’t bad stay. The dock and the outside is definitely the best part of the property.

Margaritaville

We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!

Spring break 2024

We had a great time. The kids had a blast and the dogs had just as much fun roaming the property although if you have little dogs keep a close eye on them as they can slip under the dock area and get down to the river or fit through the gaps. The property had everything we needed and it was clean. We were a little disappointed that the river was so high because the spring was flooded and black so we didn’t get to enjoy that much but we found a hidden gem called Peacock Springs not too far and it was beautiful and fairly quiet. We hope to visit again soon!

Always Amazing

This is our third time to Margaritaville. Nothing beats the yard, location, river, and proximity to Royal Springs. We usually bring our own kayaks, which i recommend, as the ones provided are difficult to paddle. The springs are a must! Relaxing by the fire pit is incredible. The dogs love their freedom in the yard. The kids love the tire swing and pool table. We love playing board games at the kitchen table. And nothing beats the decks!

Adventures on the Suwannee

The property was quaint and cozy nestled along the Suwannee River. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the beautiful deck overlooking the water and all the amenities provided! Beautiful local springs are just minutes away!

Amazing time

Such a great place. The location was perfect. A 10 minute walk to a beautiful spring and a 15 minute drive to the store. The decks and view of the river are the best I have seen in this area. Great fenced in yard for the dogs, and breathtaking view of the stars. My wife wants to make this place our go-to getaway. I am all for it. It is pretty much perfect.

We had an extended family get together at the house and we greatly enjoyed the area and the house. Communication with the hosts was great, they respond immediately and take care of everything we might need. The house was clean and fully stocked. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Amazing decks and outdoor living opportunities. Upstairs has 2 nice sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Downstairs is one long room with 2 sets of twin bunks and a king bed on the other side. The king bed down there is very hard. Kitchen is very well equipped & upgraded. Bathrooms have old fashioned plumbing. The spring a half mile down the road is an absolute gem and we went 2x a day!

Quiet relaxing place.

We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. It was pretty much exactly what we expected. There was pretty much everything we needed there to be comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet out of the way place in that area.

Awesome location, nice experience..!

One of those memorable trips..! The location was awesome, almost remote as expected. Quite, calm surroundings and river. House was neat and clean. We enjoyed our whole stay. There is mostly none on cons side. May be i would say, bathrooms could have been little bigger in space.

Perfect way to getaway!

2 families stayed for 3 nights. While the living quarters are not spacious, the outside area is! We were not there to spend time inside. Yard is fantastic. Lots of activities for the kids. The spring 1/2 mile down river was a gem. We spent all day outside, by the fire pit. House offered comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a kitchen for cooking. Multi-level decks were great for morning coffee and outside lunches. A fantastic getaway, far from the hustle and bustle. No sounds other than the sounds of nature, and kids having fun.

A great place to get away

We enjoyed our stay here. Group included 10 people (2 families). There are two spaces that are part of the same house but separated by an exterior stairway. Perfect for 2 families or separate groups that wish to share common areas but not sleeping areas. The units were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our food. Plenty of outdoor space to walk, run, and take in the views of the river. Plenty of amenities to keep everyone occupied. Spring within walking distance. Note the cell phone signal is weak in the area, and non-existent at the house until you connect to the wi-fi. Don't be scared off by the signs on the driveway gate, which are meant to keep unwanted visitors out.
