"The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! "

"The cottage was an adorable place to relax after being out and about all day. We loved the location - very close to all the main attractions in Newport. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would absolutely stay there again. "

"We had a great stay here! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is about a 20-25 minute walk to the busy part of Newport so we walked it most of the time but did need the occasional Uber. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. "

"We rented this house to stay the weekend of our wedding with some friends and it was spectacular. The property was perfect for my bridesmaids to get ready and was an ideal location for bridal party photos. Scott was an incredible host, very responsive and wonderful to work with. House was immaculate and very well equipped. I cannot give him a high enough recommendation "

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. "My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous."

"Hosts Doug and his wife were great! Friendly and very accommodating. The loft is spotless and comfortable furniture. Large hammock. Great clean bathroom and shower. Location to Newport and other attractions is super easy. Would highly recommend. "

"As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...
