"Clean and spacious hotel room with modern, well-equipped kitchenette. Large tiled bathroom with rain shower head & heated towel rack . Courtyard view. Blackout drapes. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Excellent staff; very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location; near train station on the central route. Immediate area has a wide range of dining options and a great vibe. Hotel has breakfast options though we didn’t use it or the onsite bar. Would highly recommend this “apartment-style” hotel...

"practical as described by its name -"smart". Clean and fit our budget. We realized it is quite far out from all the tourist attractions but we went ahead with this place anyway as we saw that it is right by the train station. However, the commute is quite limited as there is only one train line. we were fine dealing with the transferring to different stations until there were issues with trains schedule and maintenance on some of the days, and that became inconvenient. "Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂"

"I had a great stay here, Toufic was so nice and made my stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet, and I was able to come and go easily as I pleased. Toufic was a great host and guide for Berlin! I would stay here again when I come back. "

"Unlike many short term rental flats in the area, our flat at TheGraf was modern, clean, and immaculately presented. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option, but I do understand why that may be the case given there are no staff on site - independent contractors likely need to clean all flats over a short period between check-out and check-in instead. Overall had a great stay at TheGraf."

"We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay"
