"If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. "

"Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt im Waldhotel von Herzen genossen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub mit einem grandiosen Abschluss mit zwei Nächten in diesem Hotel. Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Vielleicht gibt es die eine oder andere Unstimmigkeit in der Kommunikation, an welcher man noch arbeiten könnte, aber dennoch sind alle stets bemüht. "Mooi uitzicht over het vier wouden meer. Ontbijt buffet goed. Kwaliteit van matras iets minder. Doordat de schuifdeur op een bijzondere wijze open kan hadden meerdere gasten hier moeite mee. Dit zorgde voor best wel wat lawaai. Met name in de late avond."

"We had an amazing time. The Campus Hotel was amazing. It was clean, and the staff was amazing. We loved the location and the ability to jump on the boat to Lucern. We will be back. "

"The lake view is beyond beautiful. The staff was excellent and kind. It rained while we were there so we didn’t get to swim in the lake like we wanted to but it was still beautiful. The Swiss flag on the rock is directly behind the hotel. No valet parking, kind of rude people asked us to move the car prior to even walking up to the desk to check-in to ask where the proper place to park. We’ve never been here! We didn’t know what to do with the car but they quickly put us in our place. They need...
