"The hotel is very clean. the location of the hotel makes it easy to go around downtown. Valet staff is very nice. Front desk staff some are nicer than others. The outdoor is super fun. the hotel has a few food options that are okay"

"The room had stains on all the furniture. The vinyl flooring is peeling up. The area is undesirable. I have pictures that I'd love to share."

Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
"Amazing place, great food and super clean! Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. The only downside I had was that the bed was a little uncomfortable. It wasn't the worst but just a little stiff so we didn't sleep the best."
