The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
Watch the sunset in this well-lit spacious serene 2-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and laundry. Sit out and enjoy nature on your private patio. Suitable for business travelers and remote workers, Fast Wifi. A full kitchen or enjoy a long list of local places to eat out. There is laundry in your apartment for your convenience—great Space for traveling Consultants and perfect for longer stays.

This space comes with 2 Queen Bed Gel Memory mattresses, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay!

Located in the heart of Grand Praire, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!

Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don`t break it)!

*Please note we have several units in this building, while all unit retains the same aesthetics and are furnished the same way, the layout might look different.

You can access the building through the gated entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.


Use of Common Amenities:
The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager`s discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities.

Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

The fastest way to reach us is through the message feature on the VRBO app, phone calls or emails will be delayed.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest`s expense.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present.

**Local Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be canceled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens FOB Keys, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

The House communication is extremely horrible. This is my second time running from the company. My first experience was subpar. It took me over an hour to even get into the property because the access code to the door was incorrect. No one had checked the keypad because it was beeping due to batteries being low, but I decided to give them another try for this trip and the key fob did not open the side door and the key fob did not open the door to the unit nor did the keypad light up so we could access it. I could not reach anyone on the phone. I had at least three different numbers texting me. I even sent them videos that it was not working. One of the text messages instructed me to go to the office of the property, which is not my responsibility. I am the guest. So my son and I had to go rent a hotel for our trip because we cannot get access to the unit so I will not recommend this property. The customer service is extremely horrible and there was no offer of a credit or half off or anything just so oh I’m sorry then I received a text the following day from the same number asking me how was my stay and I was very confused because I’ve already explained to them that we did not stay there. We left to go find a property that we could actually gain access to.

Great place to stay very clean and plenty of space. I would change instructions on how to make it through the front door to the unit and make a note that it's located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. That part was hard for my 75 year old mother to handle. But overall I would definitely rent this unit again when intown visiting family.
