"The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon. "This hotel is more than a hotel, it’s a home away from home. The staff have made it as cosy and welcoming as they possibly can. You can sit by the fire with a glass of wine, chatting to other guests, looking out on to Loch Ness and then retire to beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean bedrooms. "This was the most expensive hotel on our entire trip. Although the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and decent and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, it was very overpriced. There is also a paid parking lot nearby. Be aware that although free overnight, they will ticket after 8am. "

"This place was very lovely. Very quiet and private. Super clean and the owner communicated very well over message. The only downside was that the website did not state you have to pay extra for pillows, bed sheets, and towels. For travelers that don’t bring this stuff be prepared to pay extra on top of the cost. Other than that the place was very nice. Wi-Fi only works outside the pod too unless you are staying in one of the closer pods like pod 1 or 2. "
