"Lovely hotel,very clean with friendly staff. One down point was our room wasn't cleaned one day, this didn't bother us as we keep things clean anyway. This didn't impact our stay and we both had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend away, we would definitely visit again"

"From walking through the door, the young man on reception was polite, explained everything and with a smile. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. At breakfast the experience continued to be brilliant, the lady explained the way Breakfast was a buffet and where things were. Wonderful view looking out over the wharf. Food was of a high Standard. Room 114. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent visit to South Wales. In a good central location, but the comfort of the hotel was only average. Rooms were quite noisy and not the most comfortable beds in the world. Pool, gym and bar were excellent. Expensive parking!!"

"Nicely furnished room with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, smart TV, fridge and coffee station. Room service available from 11am till 6am. Great dining options in a walkable distance. St David's shopping centre, John Lewis, the brewery quarter, Cardiff bay and Mermaid Quay also within walking distance. A relaxing city break."

"This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and made me feel even more welcome. Abi and Charlie were fantastic hosts...

"Welcoming and professional helpful staff. I've stayed at a couple of premiere inns and this one was by far the best. Not only was the layout really good and facilities not just rescrited to the rooms but overall design spacious. "

"Me and my partner always stay here for a local get away, always LOVE it however was hit with an eye sore of £35 car parking bill, it used to be £11 overnight in the NCP across the road so probably will book elsewhere from now on."
