"My only issue with the property was the check-in. I arrived to find a lockbox for my room key, but I had not been sent the code (This was 6.35pm, I'd booked at 2pm). No problem I think as the sign on the door said reception was "available 6pm to 10pm", except it wasn't! Called the help number three ..."

"Lamporna fungerade inte bra, och duschen förstod vi oss inte på. Vi fick kalla på personalen. Middagen var ok, så även frukosten. Sängarna var inte bra. Hotellets karaktär var ändå mysig med hög grad av lantortskänsla."
