"Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. "What a little Gem this place is. Immaculately clean. Beautiful room, with everything you need. Easy check in. Communication was great. Was even given a txt an hour before our check in time to say room was ready. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a lovely couple of nights stay, it was very peaceful and secluded at the cabin which was perfect. We were pretty much left to our own devices which was quite nice, although we knew the wardens were on site if anything was needed. Lovely set of amenities provided so we were able to cook for ourselves. Only things I would request more of were a sponge for washing dishes (dish soap provided but no way to clean the dishes so we bought our own), and also some extra loo rolls! We ran out on our...

"Second time we have stayed here. Ate in the evening and had breakfast. The staff were very good and friendly and the food was excellent. We actually stayed in the same room on both occasions, was like going down memory lane. Would definitely stay again, if in the area. "

"Accomodation was perfect for us as we were travelling with our small dog. Excellent selection of coffee and teas in the room. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. We had our evening meal in the hotel, whih was excellent, as was our breakfast the following morning. Lovely town to stay in with plenty of pubs restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay again when in the area. "
