"I paid through Expedia. However, Expedia said that they did not receive the payment, and the hotel also asked me to pay for the accommodation. I paid twice. I am very dissatisfied."

"Good sized room, very centrally located next to shops, restaurants, and transport. The hotel is a little dated but it was very clean. The staff were all lovely and really make you feel welcomed."

"Clean single room for an overnight stay, the hotel is literally opposite the railway station and Piece Hall and town centre are a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tic perhaps, but the rates are very reasonable and the bed was comfortable. Some rooms face a busy road so some traffic noise, but not too bad. Would stay again."

However, our stay was overshadowed by an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member who was also the duty manager. We were staying at the hotel to attend a wedding in the area. I was in a nearby room and part of the same group as the groom, and witnessed the incident on the morning of checkout—also the morning of the wedding. "The apartment was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the furniture in the apartment was of a very good standard. We made full use of the welcome pack. The booking in procedure was easy to understand and Haley explained everything very well. The parking was good and very safe."
