Casa Crayola

Neat as usual

Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio

We enjoyed our five-day stay overall, though our experience was marked by both highlights and frustrations. Check-in was seamless, and most of the staff were genuinely friendly. However, we found the pushy tactics regarding vacation club presentations to be very off-putting. On multiple occasions, staff members used misleading information—such as claiming we needed to sign up for breakfast—to pressure us into scheduling a vacation club tour. This was particularly frustrating as we felt tricked during what should have been a relaxing vacation. Additionally, we had a stressful experience at the park attached to the resort. We were told the gate back to the resort closed at 6:00 PM, yet when we arrived at 5:40 PM, it was already locked. Staff members refused to assist our group or the other families trapped with us, leaving us to navigate an unfamiliar area until another guest helped us find a way back. While we eventually had a great time, my advice to the resort is to focus on genuine customer service rather than aggressive sales tactics; let the property speak for itself rather than pressuring guests into presentations.
