"We had a fantastic stay at this location. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, with an ample supply of towels, kitchen essentials, and a tasteful decor. It’s conveniently located walking distance from the lake and a short drive to the Eddyville marina. Additionally, Dollar General is conveniently situated nearby. One night, we decided to grill out, and it turned out to be a good experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again! "

"Newly remodeled house that mostly fit our needs. Start with the “needs to improve” and finish strong. Exterior of the property stills needs work - front yard needs mowing, weeding, walkway improvement and gravel driveway graded. The driveway into the garage and inside the garage needed cleaning. Still had construction trash not completely cleaned up. I found a broom and swept plus picked up nails. I wanted to park one vehicle in the garage as we had 3 vehicles and parking is tight. "This is the cutest little place! The owner was great and their store next door had local grown meat from their farm. It was delicious. It’s very close to the river, so nice views down the street. We loved that the owner refurbished this place from the old laundry mat. Very well appointed. "

"Our hosts Megan and Jeromy were the best! We had a couple “glitches” but they took care of them quickly and were easy to get in touch with. House is very clean, kitchen and linens well stocked. We really enjoyed the pool room with the big tv on a couple of rainy days. Cottage is adorable!"
